A book on climate change published by Carole LeBlanc, Ph.D., adjunct professor in the Department of Environmental Studies, has been selected to be showcased in September campaign.

Demystifying Climate Risk Volume II was selected by the publishing company鈥檚 Editorial Advisory Board. The board consists of highly respected academics, noted for their expertise. Titles selected are noteworthy for the contribution they make to their field.

LeBlanc鈥檚 books, Demystifying Climate Risk, Volumes I and II are distillations of the First Annual International Technical Workshop on Climate Risk hosted by LeBlanc in Wells, Maine, in October 2016.

The first book covers environmental, health and societal impacts while the second book focuses on industry and infrastructure. Both books have been accepted into the collections of the Library of Congress and the New York Public Library.
