岻 of New England Vice President of 岻 Affairs and Communications Anouar Majid, Ph.D., provided insight on the subject of international recruiting in a 岻 World News article about plans to increase the number of foreign students studying in Egypt.

Majid attributed North Africa’s inability to attract sufficient numbers of paying international students to a lack of competitiveness.

"While Sub-Saharan students do attend North African universities and institutes, they do so through partnership agreements or funding from the host country,” Majid told 岻 World News.
