Marilyn Gugliucci gives four presentations at Annual Meeting of Association for Gerontology/Geriatrics in Higher Education

Marilyn R. Gugliucci, Ph.D., professor and director of Geriatrics Education and Research in the College of Osteopathic Medicine, recently returned from a productive 41st Annual Meeting of the Association for Gerontology/Geriatrics in Higher Education (AGHE), which was held in Nashville, Tennessee.

Gugliucci made four presentations at the event. She, along with Susan Harris, Ph.D. (高清不卡福利 of Nevada, Reno), and Bradley Fisher, Ph.D. (Missouri State 高清不卡福利), presented a preconference session titled "Practical and Technical Assistance for the Program of Merit Application Process." She also presented as a mentor in the AGHE Fellows Mentorship Panel and Discussion.

Along with Jennifer Kinney, Ph.D. (Miami 高清不卡福利, Ohio), Harris, and Fisher, Gugliucci presented the Program of Merit titled "Don鈥檛 be Swayed by the Hairy Eyeball." She also represented medical and health professions education mentorship in a talk called "The Many Forms and Faces of Effectual Mentorships," which she gave with Judith Howe, Ph.D. (Mount Sinai School of Medicine), and Kelly Fitzgerald, Ph.D. (Western Kentucky 高清不卡福利).

Additionally, Gugliucci serves on the Academic Program Development Committee, Accreditation Committee (leadership role), Program of Merit (past chair and review board member), and the editorial board of the Journal of Gerontology and Geriatrics Education.
