Spanish translation of David Livingstone Smith鈥檚 book 'Why We Lie' featured on TV show as Book of the Week
On December 15, 2014, David Livingstone Smith鈥檚 book Why We Lie: The Evolutionary Roots of Deception and the Unconscious Mind was featured on "Como Cada Ma帽ana," a Spanish language television program that airs in Baja California.
The Spanish translation, 驴Por Qu茅 Mentimos?: Las Raices del Enga帽o y el Inconsciente, was selected by the program as the "Book of the Week."
The program鈥檚 host discussed Smith鈥檚 belief that deception is universal among human beings and named the many reasons cited by Smith in the book as to why individuals and political entities lie.
