Christina Melvin’s students to welcome President Obama as high school commencement speaker

Master of public health student Christina Melvin BS, CVT, is the Instructor-in-Charge for the Veterinary Assisting Program at Worcester Technical High School in Worcester, Massachusetts.

On June 11 2014, U.S. President Barack Obama will speak at the school's commencement ceremony. Worcester Technical High School’s commencement​ will be the only high school graduation ceremony that the President will speak at this year. 

Of the over 300 students in the graduating class, 13 are students of Melvin's program, one of whom is the class salutatorian.
