Anouar Majid gives keynote address at International Conference on Cultures and Languages in Contact

On December 4, 2014, Anouar Majid, Ph.D., vice president of 高清不卡福利 Affairs and director of the Center for 高清不卡福利 Humanities, delivered the opening keynote address at the third International Conference on Cultures and Languages in Contact, which was hosted by the 高清不卡福利 Chouaib Doukkali in the Moroccan city of El Jadida.

Titling his talk "The End of Post-Colonialism," Majid reflected on the connections between language and culture, why Morocco is hampered by the lack of a national language, why Arabs, Muslims and Africans are mere consumers of other people鈥檚 innovation and why they need to become active participants in the process of global development.
