Leah Coplon appointed to Maine Women鈥檚 Policy Board

Leah Coplon, CNM, RN, assistant professor in the Department of Nursing, was recently appointed to the Maine Women鈥檚 Policy Board (MWPB), a grass roots lobbying and outreach/education organization dedicated to improving maternal and child health (MCH).

Coplon will travel to Miami, Florida, in October on behalf of MWPB at the Annual Rowe Board Meeting.  Her representation is focused on advancing curriculum related to MCH for Schools of Nursing in Maine and the nation.
