Dora Anne Mills interviewed on WLOB's TideSmart Talk
Dora Anne Mills, M.D., M.P.H., UNE vice president for clinical affairs and director of the School of Community and Population Health, was recently interviewed by Steve Woods, the president of TideSmart, a national company located in Falmouth, Maine. Mr. Woods has his own radio show, TideSmart Talk, on WLOB and interviewed Dr. Mills.
Besides being asked about her childhood growing up in rural Maine, Dr. Mills talked about the work UNE is doing to address health workforce shortages in Maine, northern New England, and across the globe, including the role of the new College of Dental Medicine and the ongoing work of the College of Osteopathic Medicine. She also discussed the role UNE is playing in health care transformation with its work in both public health and interprofessional education.
