Maine Women Pioneers III, an upcoming UNE Art Gallery show, featured in Portland Monthly

The September 2012 issue of Portland Monthly features a page-long story with photos on the UNE Art Gallery's next exhibition titled Maine Women Pioneers III, which will run from Oct 12, 2012 – July 21, 2013.

Maine Women Pioneers III is the third on this subject in the history of the Art Gallery and will strive for a national impact in the definition of the leading Maine women art pioneers of our age. The exhibition will be shown in four segments: Vanguard: Oct. 12 - Dec. 16; Homage: Jan. 2 - March 3; Worldview: March 12 - May 12; Dirigo: May 22 - July 21.
