David Smith to speak at Case Western Reserve 高清不卡福利
Associate Professor of philosophy David Livingstone Smith has accepted an invitation to speak at Case Western Reserve 高清不卡福利鈥檚 Inamori International Center for Ethics and Excellence on September 14, 2012.
Smith, along with Case Western ethics professor Shannon French and cognitive science professor Anthony 鈥淭ony鈥 Jack, will discuss research related to the topic of his book, Less than Human: Why We Demean, Enslave, and Exterminate Others, for which he received the Anisfield-Wolf Book Award.
Smith has also authored Why We Lie: The Evolutionary Roots of Deception and the Unconscious Mind and The Most Dangerous Animal: Human Nature and the Origins of War.
