Student Art Exhibition draws crowd at Biddeford Artwalk

Students enrolled in visual arts courses in the Department of Creative and Fine Arts at UNE exhibited  work produced in studio classes on the Friday ArtWalk Oct. 28th, 2011 at Biddeford Engine's space at 265 Main Street. The exhibition included the installation of a balloon sculpture "Jellyfish" by  Andy Rosen's class Sculpture One, along with entertainment by Sean Mencher and his Rhythm Kings and local dancers who infiltrated the event...to applause.

Classes included in the show were Sarah Gorham's painting One; Stephen Burt's Life Drawing and Drawing II; Sascha Braunig's Painting One and Drawing One; Bethany Haeseler's Sculpture One and 2D Fundamentals; Corliss Chastain's Printmaking; Andy Rosen's Sculpture One; and Charles Thompson's Watercolor course.
