Portland Phoenix covers Center for 高清不卡福利 Humanities' Noam Chomsky lecture

The Dec. 14, 2011 Portland Phoenix and ran a story on the UNE Center for 高清不卡福利 Humanities lecture by author and MIT Professor Noam Chomsky on Dec. 12th.
