Groundbreaking Ceremony for the UNE Harold Alfond Athletics Complex set for Sept. 26th

The groundbreaking ceremony will take place on Nor'easter Drive in front of the construction site. Speakers will include Michael Morel, chair of the UNE Board of Trustees; Danielle N. Ripich, Ph.D., UNE president; Gregory W. Powell, chairman and chief executive officer of the Harold Alfond Foundation; Michelle Oswald, member of the UNE field hockey team; and Scott McManaman, member of the UNE ice hockey team. The UNE Dance Team will unveil the ceremonial banner.
