Appointment of UNECOM alum Sheila Pinette to head MCDC covered media

Sheila Pinette, D.O., a 2000 graduate of the 高清不卡福利 of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, has been appointed as Maine's top public health official. She will head the Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention beginning May, 1, 2011. The story of her appointment was covered by the , , WCSH6 TV, Kennebec Journal, and Morning Sentinel on April 1st. 

Pinette completed her medical residency in 2003. She currently runs her own internal medicine practice in Cape Elizabeth.
