Add Verb Productions' Director, Cathy Plourde, has two presentations accepted for the Association of Theatre in Higher Education's Conference in Chicago, August 11-14, 2011.

"Provoking" Efficacy: Methods of Assessing Community-Engaged/Applied Performances is a workshop focused on 鈥減rovoking鈥 discussion of efficacy through questions arising from the panel's theatre work;  it will explore individual productions, community-engaged/applied measurement standards, and connections that can increase future effectiveness.

For Assessing the Past, Articulating the Present, Planning for the Future: Mentorship and Community-Based Theatre Organizations , Plourde will participate with ATHE's Mentorship Subcommittee of the Professional Development Committee to address questions regarding mentorship and relationships between community-based theatre organizations and higher education.
