TV stations, Press Herald feature College of Pharmacy dedication

WMTW8, WCSH6 and WGME 13 on Oct. 1-2, 2009 featured the opening of UNE's College of Pharmacy. The WMTW story noted that in addition to meeting the need for new pharmacists in Maine, within four years, when the college reaches its full complement of faculty, staff and students, the college is expected to pump more than $120 million into the economy. Among those interviewed were Governor John Baldacci and Jennie Chu, a first year pharmacy student.  The Portland Press Herald 鈥淪napshot鈥 Feature also included six photos in an essay.
