R Bootcamp: Intro to RStudio

  • Registration required prior to event

Curious about coding and qualitative data analysis but not sure where to start? This beginner-friendly workshop introduces you to R, an open-source programming language widely used in statistics, research, and data science. No prior coding experience is required!

In this hands-on session, you鈥檒l learn the basics of R and RStudio, including:

  • Navigating the RStudio environment
  • Writing and running your first lines of R code
  • Working with variables and data types
  • Importing and exploring datasets
  • Creating simple visualizations

By the end of the workshop, you鈥檒l have a foundation to start using R for your own projects, whether you're analyzing data for work, school, or personal interest.

Who Should Attend: Absolute beginners, students, researchers, or anyone interested in learning the fundamentals of coding and data analysis using R.

Requirements: Please bring a laptop with R and RStudio installed. Instructions will be sent before the workshop.
