Dr. Francis Nuestro Baleta is a Professor and Director of the Institute of Fisheries, Isabela State 岻, Echague, Isabela, Philippines. In the US, he is affiliated at the Fish and Wildlife Sciences Department, College of Natural Resources, 岻 of Idaho, Moscow, ID. His current research is on the dynamics of the route of administration of seaweed extracts as immunostimulants and its effects on the immune response, disease resistance and gene expression in rainbow trout.
